Howard's Vacation (One For The Kids)

While on Anna Maria Island, Howard had the good fortune to use the pool in the backyard. At first he was hesitant and worrisome. But after some investigating he found he REALLY wanted to go in and started telling us about it.

"I Wanna Go In The Pool!"

So I tossed his friend, Redman, into the pool. Wherever Redman goes, Howard goes... but Howard was still a bit hesitant to jump right in.

And after many attempts Howard was able to fish Redman out without taking the plunge.

The next time, Redman jumped (was tossed) into the center of the pool and just floated there, waiting to be 'rescued' by Howard. With utmost care, Howard gently stepped off the large concrete step and into the deep water to swim to his buddy, Redman.

Front Legs Off And Paddling, While His Back Legs Were Still Clinging To The Shelf. Then... LIFTOFF!

Success! He reached Redman and held him gently in his mouth as he turned to paddle back.

Then, Howard, happy as a clam, swam back with his buddy, Redman.

Still Shaking...

He Almost Took Flight!

Howard then picked up his buddy, Redman, and, with a little help from his friends, continued to do this repeatedly. All. Day. Long.
