The former "Redman" is now orange

Mugshots:
Very flat affect

Saying "Oooooh" (Unless I've captured his bad side)

Side-view

If you see this character, please contact the officials.
He's unarmed (see photo - not an arm in sight), bulbous,
and he's been known to hide in palm trees and muck.

"Orangeman" and the muck monster

Redman has been replaced, in physicality anyway. The orange-colored replacement will now be a part of our play times, but will maintain Redman's name. The dog knows there's a difference, but he's learned to live with it. And the "Orange Man" likes the muck. So does the dog. A dirty dog is a happy dog, especially when he has his balls to play with.

RIP, Redman

Rest In Palmtree, Redman.
(look for the red ball)
While playing with my dog and his favorite toy "Redman," my enthusiasm got the best of me and I threw a high arc. Redman came to rest in the palm tree in the photo. About two stories up, in the palm tree. When Redman didn't hit the ground my dog looked at me as if I was hiding his toy from him, and he playfully jumped around and waited for me to show him his toy again. He jumped all around, all the way home.
I'm feeling incredibly guilty.
Poor Redman has been laid to rest. RIP, Redman.

bad moon arising

Florida Moon

I see the bad moon rising
I see trouble on the way
I see earthquakes and lightnin'
I see bad times today

Don't go around tonight
Well it's bound to take your life
There's a bad moon on the rise

Words to live by

The honesty is refreshing.

(Thank you, funpic.)

My slice of heaven

Doesn't look like much to you
But it FEELS like heaven to me.

Flash on, flash off

It's amazing how one small 'tweak' totally changes the way things look. Kinda like life, huh?

Rare rodent sighting

A giant albino rat wearing a tracking collar was spotted in Ft Lauderdale this week when night-shift security guard, Billy Rae Ziffelstein, almost tripped over the rodent. The rare albino rat subsequently jumped up, attempting to bite Billy Rae, but was quickly shot with the camera. The flash of light scared the rodent off and it scampered into a storm drain. No sightings of the rare rodent have been reported since, but people in the vicinity of Powerline and 6th Avenue East are on the alert.

Stinkin' flower

Grrrrrrr... I say GRRRRRR!

Flower? What flower? I don't see no stinkin' flower... If I turn my head like this, and look over here, poof! the flower is gone. Therefore there is NO flower. Yeah, that's the ticket!

What's a picture worth?

Teaching pups how to escape from their own crate...

Okay, maybe that wasn't quite happening.

(Sing along with me) "Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?"

...a little redness

Never trust the doc when he says:
  • "This may cause a little redness." or
  • "This may hurt a little."

Sitting too close to the television may be harmful to your eyes

What, oh what, could he possibly be thinking?

The Great Tuna Conspiracy

Solid "White" Albacore Tuna

The facts:
  • The counter top is beige.
  • The container at the top of the photo is pure white.
  • The label on the can reads Solid White Albacore Tuna.
I remember when canned tuna used to be pretty darn close to white in color. Lately, what I'm seeing in my can of tuna is nowhere near white. To my eye, that tuna is a dark beige.

Is this truth in advertising? Or do I need a new pair of rose colored glasses?
